1.Medistrom Pilot 24/12 Lite Backup Power Supply/ Battery
Chances are if you are going for an overnight trip- no matter what CPAP machine you have- the Pilot 24 or 12 will suit your needs. These versatile batteries are handy and can also be used as a backup in case of an emergency. They will only power your machine for one night, but we recommend them for long flights or power emergencies.

2. ResMed DC Converter for AirSense/AirStart/AirCurve 10
If you are on a road trip, this DC converter may be for you. It will only work with the 10 series of ResMed Machines, so this may be a draw back for some CPAP users. That said, this DC converter can fit into a traditional car port or, with it’s alligator clips, can attach to any car battery. Campers and road warriors take note, this is a handy device to have at your disposal.
3. Transcend Auto Travel CPAP & Add-On Battery Options
The Transcend, with it’s multiple battery options, is an excellent choice for frequent hikers or campers. Not only does it weigh only a pound but so does each battery option! The Transcend units have an overnight battery option, a multi-night battery option, and even a solar panel battery charger option. However, it is recommended to only use the Solar Panel with an Overnight Battery to avoid having no charge.
4. DreamStation Go Overnight Battery Pack
The DreamStation Go is an excellent machine on it’s own, however, when paired with it’s overnight battery it is amazing! The DreamStation Go is more suited for hotel hoppers rather than caravanning campers, however it can be used in any terrain or travel excursion. The overnight battery will last for most users 13 hours, but even on high pressures will not be less than 8 hours.
5. Universal Travel Plug Adapter
Most modern CPAP machines now can convert power automatically when outside of the United States. That said, they still require plug adapters to be able to be connected to international outlets. That’s where this handy Plug Adapter comes in! Small, and compact, this is able to be carried on any adventure abroad.
